Talk Management Systems
(TMS) was founded by Benoit Martel in 2005 with the goal of
leveraging software-as-a-service and cloud computing
technologies to improve collaboration and communication across
and between teams working in all kinds of media and
entertainment production.

Iforma has helped Talk Management Systems with corporate and product brand development, market research, product design and concept validation.
Brand Development - Using our proprietary methods, we gathered data from key stakeholders and from the wider marketplace, using it to inform the creation of a unique brand values platform. Working with an external graphic designer, we helped the Talk team to develop a fresh, clean and friendly graphic vocabulary for use online and in print.
Market Research - As part of an on-going requirements development process, we undertook extensive original field-research over a period of several months to help establish strategic priorities and guide the product design process.
Product Design - Working with large quantity of qualitative market data that the Talk team had gathered, we developed hierarchical personas (or customer archetypes). Key customer process problems were modeled and described in detail for each persona. These persona stories then formed the design context for subsequent functional product-design.
Concept Validation - Iforma also assisted Talk with due-diligence research to support a major angel-investment round, conducting focus-groups and demonstrating core product concepts to some of the world's top film, television, and visual effects production companies.
