Accelerated Pictures (AP) is developing software called FilmmakerLIVE as an online service to help filmmakers to express themselves creatively during pre-production. FilmmakerLIVE uses sophisticated character technology and employs a powerful and intuitive interaction paradigm well adapted to camera manipulation.

Iforma has assisted AP in several key areas:

Market Research - Iforma undertook original field research to help determine market segmentation and key market requirements for professional users. The research process involved on-site visits, prospect interviews and conference participation. The resulting volume of qualitative data was analyzed and categorized by modeling user archetypes and developing prioritized requirements.

Strategic Planning - Iforma helped AP evaluate and compare market opportunities across various market segments, evaluate product options, and examine a range of pricing and distribution scenarios.

User Interface Design – Iforma designed a detailed user-interface maquette as a guide to help inform the user-interface development process.

Graphic Design & Branding – Iforma also produced a series of graphic elements, from business cards to visuals for the ‘FilmmakerLIVE’ brand and website, helping to ensure consistent corporate positioning and raise brand visibility.
